I’m a pleasure-seeker, world wanderer, & I live for new experiences. Life has taken me on a wild ride that has been filled with both juiciness & heartache — both of which have led me to the work I bring to the world today.

Growing up in a conservative family in New Jersey in the USA, I was raised with very narrow views around sexuality. Despite sex being “taboo,” I was always curious about sex & started exploring my sexuality early in life with an open mind & a thirst for delicious pleasure. I loved indulging in the thing I wasn’t “supposed to” do & sex was easy, wild, full of sparks.

Fast forward to Liz today... my sex life doesn't look the same as it did when I was a teenager or early 20-something.

Between now & then, I've experienced herpes outbreaks, cryotherapy on my cervix to remove HPV, a lotttt of slut shaming, & several years of painful sex when I hit a low point of disconnection with my body.

I've also transitioned into a different stage of life, where my body is a little softer, I've settled into a 10+ year monogamous relationship that feels super safe but naturally comes with sexual lulls, & my desire has switched to more responsive than spontaneous.

There was a period of time when I felt totally disconnected & a little frustrated with the changes in my body, when I desperately craved to go back to how things used to be, when I rejected who I was as a sexual being now.

Something I've learned on my own sexual journey is that our sexuality is so fluid. Our bodies change. Our desires change. Our boundaries change. Who & what we're attracted to can change.

& in order to stay connected to our pussies & our pleasure, we have to enter a deep state of listening to our body. Today & every day.

Hi, I’m Liz.

My own journey from pleasure to disconnect, & back again — it lit a fire in my belly, igniting my passion to bring this work to as many people as I can — to pull you out of the dark places of resistance & guide you to step into a place of empowerment, appreciation for your body, & delicious pleasure.

I have been working in the sexuality industry since 2021. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Boston College, specializing in interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, & communication in family relationships. I have combined my knowledge & expertise with further certifications in Somatic Sex Coaching & Therapeutic Yoni Massage from Yonilicious Academy, Menstrual Cycle Coaching from Cyclical School, & Red Tent & Rites of Passage Facilitation with Tanishka Tantrika.

In 2023, I delved deeper into the world of Therapeutic Yoni Massage, becoming a Certified Training Provider for Therapeutic Yoni Massage with Yonilicious Academy, which means I now have the pleasure of not only working with amazing clients, but training new practitioners in the field, too.

My mission is to guide women & vulva-havers back home to their bodies — empowering you to shed disconnection, reconnect with your pleasure & cyclic wisdom, & feel comfy in your own skin.

I acknowledge that sexual awakening is a lifelong journey & I commit to the process within myself. Every. Single. Day. I only hope that I can guide & support you through yours, too.
