I’m a pleasure-seeker, world wanderer, and I live for new experiences. Life has taken me on a wild ride that has been filled with both juiciness and heartache — both of which have led me to the work I bring to the world today.
Growing up in a conservative family in New Jersey, I was raised with very narrow views around sexuality. Despite sex being “taboo,” I was always curious and started exploring my sexuality early in life with an open mind and a thirst for delicious pleasure. I loved indulging in the thing I wasn’t “supposed to” do — and sex was easy, wild, dripping wet.
Fast forward to Liz today... my sex life doesn't look the same as it did when I was a teenager or early 20-something.
Between now and then, I've experienced herpes outbreaks, cryotherapy on my cervix to remove HPV, a lot of slut shaming, and several years of painful sex when I hit a low point of disconnection with my body.
I've also transitioned into a different stage of life, where my body is a little softer, I've settled into a 10+ year monogamous relationship that feels super safe, but naturally comes with sexual lulls, and my desire has shifted from spontaneous to responsive.
There was a period of time when I felt totally disconnected and frustrated with the changes in my body, when I desperately craved to go back to how things used to be, when I rejected who I was as a sexual being now.
Something I've learned on my own sexual journey is that our sexuality is so fluid.
Our bodies change.
Our desires change.
Our boundaries change.
Who and what we're attracted to can change.
And in order to stay connected to our pussies and our pleasure, we have to enter a deep state of listening to our body. Today and every day.
Hi, I’m Liz.
My own journey from pleasure to disconnec and back again was rooted in integrating the erotic — and that’s exactly what I do with my clients. I use only the most potent tools that I’ve spent years practicing myself: a blend of bodywork, creative expression, and sensual somatics to guide you to the truth of your body and your desires.
I have been working in the sexuality industry since 2021. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Boston College, specializing in interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, and communication in family relationships. I have a background of 15+ years working in the creative industry as a published writer, and havecombined this knowledge and expertise with further certifications in Somatic Sex Coaching and Therapeutic Yoni Massage from Yonilicious Academy, Menstrual Cycle Coaching from Cyclical School, & Red Tent & Rites of Passage Facilitation with Tanishka Tantrika.
In 2023, I became a Certified Training Provider for Therapeutic Yoni Massage with Yonilicious Academy, which means I now have the pleasure of not only working with amazing clients, but training new bodywork practitioners in the field, too.
My mission is to guide women and vulva-havers home to their erotic truth — to root into the body and creative expression, meet your desires now, and feel them pulse to life.
I acknowledge that erotic integration is a lifelong journey and I commit to the process within myself. Every. Single. Day. I only hope that I can guide and support you through yours, too.
